Welcome to NIKI templates. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, Framer templates, resources, and related services.

By accessing the website or downloading or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our products.

1. About NIKI templates

NIKI templates is operated by Nikita Shabunko (“NIKI templates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We create and provide digital website templates and related resources designed primarily for use with Framer.

Framer is a third-party platform. NIKI templates is an independent creator and is not owned or operated by Framer B.V. References to Framer describe product compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless a product is separately approved or listed through the official Framer Marketplace.

2. Digital Products

All products offered through NIKI templates are digital products. No physical goods will be shipped.

Product descriptions, previews, included pages, features, compatibility information, and prices are displayed on the relevant product page. You are responsible for reviewing this information before completing a purchase or download.

Some products may require a Framer account, a paid Framer plan, third-party integrations, plugins, fonts, images, or other external services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these services and any associated costs are not included with the product.

Product previews may contain demonstration text, images, logos, or other content intended only to show how the template can be used. You are responsible for replacing demonstration content and confirming that you have the necessary rights to use all content included in your published website.

3. License

When you purchase or download a product, NIKI templates grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use and modify that product in accordance with these Terms.

Unless the product page or a separate license states otherwise, you may:

• Use the product to create a website for yourself or one client.

• Modify its design, content, structure, colors, typography, animations, and components.

• Publish the completed website for personal or commercial purposes.

• Transfer the completed website to the client for whom it was created.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the original product.

• Share private download links, Framer remix links, files, or access credentials.

• Publish the product, or a substantially similar version of it, as your own template, UI kit, component library, design system, or competing digital product.

• Make the product available in a way that allows others to extract, download, copy, or reuse it as a template.

• Claim authorship or ownership of the original template design.

• Use the product in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activities.

A separate purchase or license is required for each client or end project unless the relevant product page expressly provides otherwise.

4. Free Products

Free products remain protected by copyright and are subject to these Terms.

Making a product available free of charge does not transfer ownership, waive intellectual property rights, or permit the product to be resold or redistributed.

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for paid products are processed through Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”).

Polar acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases completed through Polar Checkout. For payment and tax purposes, you purchase the applicable product from Polar. NIKI templates remains the creator and supplier of the product and grants you the license to use it under these Terms.

Polar is responsible for processing payments, calculating and collecting applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges, and issuing invoices and receipts.

By completing a purchase through Polar, you also agree to the applicable Polar Buyer Terms and acknowledge Polar’s Privacy Policy:

Prices displayed on the website may exclude applicable taxes. The complete price, including any taxes collected by Polar, will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

NIKI templates does not receive or store your complete payment card details. Payment information is processed by Polar and its authorized payment-processing partners.

6. Product Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through Polar, by email, through a secure download, or by means of a private Framer remix link after successful payment.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and maintaining access to that address.

Some downloads or product benefits may also be accessible through the Polar Customer Portal. You must not share private downloads, remix links, license keys, or customer portal access with unauthorized persons.

If you do not receive your product after completing payment, please contact us through the Help Center and include your Polar order number.

7. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and may be downloaded, accessed, or copied immediately after delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product, download, or Framer remix link has been delivered.

We may approve a refund or replacement when:

• The purchased product was not delivered.

• The supplied file, download, or remix link is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

A change of mind, an accidental purchase, insufficient knowledge of Framer, failure to review the product description, or incompatibility caused by an undisclosed third-party setup generally does not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed through Polar. Polar may also issue a refund at its discretion, including to prevent or resolve payment disputes, fraud, or chargebacks, in accordance with its terms and policies.

If a refund is issued, your license to use the refunded product ends immediately. You must stop using the product and delete all copies, files, downloads, and private remix links associated with it.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Updates and Compatibility

We may provide product updates to improve functionality or maintain compatibility with Framer. Unless expressly promised on the product page, updates are not guaranteed for any specific period.

Framer and other third-party services may change their features, interfaces, technical requirements, availability, or prices at any time. We do not control and are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

We may make reasonable efforts to address compatibility issues, but we cannot guarantee that every product will remain compatible with all future versions of Framer or other third-party services.

9. Support

Support covers reasonable questions about accessing, installing, and using the original product.

Unless expressly included with the product, support does not include:

• Custom website design or development.

• Building or completing a customer’s website.

• Extensive template customization.

• General Framer training.

• Troubleshooting unrelated third-party services.

• Fixing problems caused by customer modifications.

• Creating new pages, components, or functionality.

Support availability and response times are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse support in cases of abusive behavior, unauthorized product sharing, or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All original templates, components, layouts, animations, graphics, text, branding, product previews, and other materials provided by NIKI templates are owned by Nikita Shabunko or used under an appropriate license.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants you permission to use it under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the product or any related intellectual property rights.

Framer and other names, trademarks, and logos belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Fonts, photographs, videos, icons, logos, or other third-party assets shown in product previews may be subject to separate licenses. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights before using such assets in a published project.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or our products:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activities.

• To distribute malware or malicious code.

• To interfere with the website, checkout, downloads, or third-party services.

• To infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

• To misrepresent your relationship with NIKI templates, Polar, or Framer.

• To bypass payment, licensing, download, or access restrictions.

• To facilitate unauthorized distribution of digital products.

We may suspend support, revoke access to future downloads, or terminate a license if these Terms are materially violated.

12. Third-Party Services

The website and our products may contain links to or integrations with Framer, Polar, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, social networks, fonts, plugins, or other third-party platforms.

We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, pricing, functionality, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer

The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we aim to provide high-quality and functional templates, we do not guarantee that the website or any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or third-party service, or suitable for every specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, testing, backing up, and securing your website before publication.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIKI templates and Nikita Shabunko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your access to or use of the website or our products.

This includes loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, reputation, or website availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NIKI templates is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
